EVERYONE Needs Prophetic               Heart Healing!

I work with clients who need healing from past hurts, through the guidance of the Lord and the Holy Spirit. I believe you have to inwardly heal before you can outwardly heal. After we have gone through a few a sessions led by the Holy Spirit, we then move on to the outward body by learning the basics of exercise and stretching then moving on to more advanced techniques. We do it all with the help of scripture and Jesus Christ.
